FZN by Björn Frantzén is a fine dining restaurant in Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, offering a 9-course tasting menu blending Nordic, French, and Japanese influences. With just 27 seats, it delivers an intimate, award-winning experience from the acclaimed Swedish chef behind several Michelin-starred venues.
Trèsind Studio
The world’s first Indian cuisine restaurant to receive three Michelin stars, led by Chef Himanshu Saini. It offers a 17-course tasting menu that creatively showcases India's regional cuisines. With only 20 seats, the restaurant provides an intimate, theatrical dining experience, earning it the 13th spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list.
Jamavar
Jamavar Dubai, located in the Address Residences Opera District, offers a luxurious Indian fine dining experience. Inspired by the Viceroy’s home in New Delhi, the restaurant features opulent interiors and a menu that blends Northern royal cuisine with Southern coastal flavors. Signature dishes include Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Malabar Prawns, and the Viceroy’s Caviar Selection. With a glamorous dining hall, intimate bar, and outdoor terrace, Jamavar Dubai brings the celebrated legacy of its London counterpart to the heart of Downtown Dubai.
Manāo
Located in Wasl Vita Mall, this Michelin-starred Thai restaurant offers an 11-course tasting menu blending authentic flavors with modern twists. Led by chefs Abhiraj Khatwani and Mohamad Orfali, it features dishes like sour curry beef and fermented rice roti, delivering a vibrant, personal dining experience.
Bib Gourmand
In the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Dubai, 22 restaurants were awarded a Bib Gourmand, recognizing spots that serve quality food at great value. This year saw five new additions to the list, including Duo Gastrobar – Creek Harbour, Harummanis, Hawkerboi, Khadak, and Sufret Maryam.
