Dubai, a city known for exceptional dining experiences, is about to welcome a new luxury venue: NAHATÉ Dubai. Situated in DIFC on the Podium Level, this unique spot blends a high-end restaurant and nightclub concept, inspired by collaborations with prestigious brands Baccarat and Jacob & Co.
Named after the word for "home," NAHATÉ is designed to offer a sophisticated, Gatsby-style ambiance where guests feel as though they're entering a friend's elegant residence. Created by Sam Florentsev and Jenya Makeeva, the venue spans over 1,100 square meters, with an open kitchen, main dining area, and two exclusive private rooms. During weekdays, NAHATÉ serves as a fine dining establishment, transitioning into a lively club on weekends.
This location will also debut the world’s first J&Co cigar lounge and Baccarat Chef’s Table. The cigar lounge, a collaboration with Jacob & Co., will host private events for high-profile guests, while the Baccarat Chef’s Table offers a curated menu and bespoke desserts, all complemented by signature cocktails from Chief Mixologist Andrey Bolshakov, served in Baccarat crystal.
With a menu centered on modern nomadic cuisine, NAHATÉ brings a touch of family-style dining. The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Daniel Baratier and pastry chef Yazid Ichemrahen, offers dishes that cater to various dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, all crafted in a zero-waste kitchen.
